This chair support does help with getting around, so I’ll give it that. But the thing feels bulky, like a big awkward lump you have to deal with. It’s useful, just not exactly sleek or easy to live with.

I ordered this from thecomfortcompany.net, it’s not a bad product. It does what it’s supposed to do, and the removable cover is helpful. But after dealing with cleaning it a couple times, I’m starting to feel a little buyer’s remorse. Getting the cover back on is more annoying than I expected, and the whole maintenance process just isn’t as easy as I hoped it would be. It’s decent overall, but I kind of wish I’d gone with something lower maintenance.

I used this regularly for a while and at first it seemed fine. It looked decent, worked the way I expected, and I didn’t really have any major complaints day to day. After some time, though, I did start to notice it wearing down more than I hoped. So overall I’d say the durability is okay, just not amazing.

I’ll be honest, the warranty and return process really soured my experience. From my side, it felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic answers, and even then I still wasn’t totally clear on what was actually covered or what I was supposed to do next.

The return part wasn’t much better for me. I expected things to be a lot simpler, especially from a company selling comfort products, but the whole process ended up being more frustrating than it needed to be. Personally, I wouldn’t order again unless they made the policy much clearer upfront.

Shipping was fine too, nothing to complain about. If you’re shopping around, I’d say it’s worth comparing, but don’t skip this one just because it isn’t the lowest price. A few more discounts would make it even better, but overall I’m happy with what I got for the money.

Nice. These are really comfy once I got used to them. Took a little bit of adjusting at first, but now they’re easy to wear daily.
